"I received A+ service from Granite Works. I met Bruno Valente, one of the co-owners, on my first visit. He was very friendly and helpful, not pushy like some sales people. The slab I liked the best was marked sold.  In a follow up discussion with Bruno, my brother found out that the sister to that slab was available. Bruno gave it a rating of 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, and he was right.  Bruno held the slab for a few days until I could get there. Purchased it that day, and he held it for 5 months at no charge. Many companies my brother called on my behalf would not hold a slab longer than 30 days.
When my brother was visiting from out of town, they were kind enough to bring it out of storage so that he could see it.  That day, we met Art Rivera who spent considerable time with me us and provided invaluable advice about a new counter I was adding.  He also provided other design suggestions on the backsplash and paint color, which I followed with great results. That was an extra bonus I didn't expect. So, if Art gives you advice, you should definitely take it.
The templater, Glauber (hope this is the correct spelling), was extremely detail oriented and communicated well with my carpenter and his assistant. He made a suggestion for the end cap of the new counter and the handrail behind it that made it a true work of
art.  Gus Valente (co-owner), with assistance from Eduardo (stone cutter), did a great job of deciding what parts of the stone would go where in my kitchen and fireplace.  They have an amazing eye. I was so impressed by their finding parts of the slab in totally different areas that would best connect at the seams. The installers were terrific and that process went very smoothly. I have 2 seams that are barely noticeable.  Their work in the kitchen and my fireplace surround was impeccable.
Granite Works exceeded my expectations, and I'm very picky.  My counters are a work of art.

"I purchased a granite countertop from Granite Vision. The entire process went extremely well and my countertop was installed very quickly - less than two weeks from when I first selected the material even with the Christmas holiday in the middle of that time. I went to their showroom in Woodbridge and selected my granite at which time I paid a $500 deposit. They came out the next day to measure. After the measurement, I changed my mind about adding the 4 inch backsplash. This was no problem at all- they simply came back to do a second measurement and it did not delay the installation at all. They were very professional.
The counter is beautiful. Both Ronnie and Joe were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and kept me informed during all steps of the process. I highly recommend them."

"Cornelio and his team did an outstanding job. From the beginning, Cornelio was professional, reasonable, and easy to work with. I stopped by the house almost every day during the 10 week process. Each time, I was impressed by how Cornelio did not take any shortcuts, but rather, made sure everything was done right. The pictures show that the final product turned out very well, but they don't show the craftsmanship behind the walls. Everything was inspected and passed the first time. The electrical and plumbing rough-ins were clean, the framing was professional, and the disruption was minimal. Highly recommend."

"George and his crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt, courteous, professional and really seemed to enjoy their work. George came to meet with us to estimate the work and provided us a quote within 1 business day. From estimate to completion, the team completed the job in 5 business days.
After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. This was a big change, but George only charged us for the cost of replacing the paint.

"They came right out and gave a reasonable estimate. The two guys that came out to do thw work arrived on time, polished the marble and cleaned up afterwards. I noticed a streaky area after they left, so I called them and they turned around and came right back and re-did that section and did a great job."

Every detail matters, materials, colors, size, position, everything can make a client feel unhappy or dissatisfied. Rafi and his crew were very professional and responsive during the entire process and did their best to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. You still have to check progress every day to catch any little deviations before they become big things, and once again I praise Rafi and crew for their quick responses to all of our questions, concerns and reasonable requests for changes. "I absolutely agree with the other reviews of the work of DIY Kitchen and Bath. Frank and his team were punctual, stayed true to their estimate and time frame for starting and completing the job, and did fantastic work! When Frank came to my condo to see the work I wanted done and provide me with an estimate, he listened to my wants and to my budget. He provided a great and budget conscious solution to updating my kitchen (paint, kitchen cabinets and countertops, doors). He and his team also did some grout work in my bathroom. I was extremely impressed with the time they took to cover my appliances in my kitchen, the floor, as well as hang plastic to seal off the hallway and living room from the kitchen. Each day that I came home, I realized that they had cleaned up the work from the day. I was surprised and pleased to say the least! I emailed them the day before the last day work was to be done. I told them that I had forgotten to ask if they could reattach a tile on my bathroom floor that had loosened a while back. Frank responded immediately and said that they had already noticed the tile and his guys were going to fix it that day.
