He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. "Wanted to fix the problem caused by large Pine and Magnolia Tree leaves continually clogging gutters causing periodic water damage. Decided to install good quality Gutter Guards and fix the current water damage.
Al kept me informed at least a day in advance of his schedule and arrived when promised which I appreciated.
Below are some of the task I watch Al and his brother do and was very happy with the quality I saw.
Gutter Guards
Pressure washer cleaned gutter, downspouts, and surrounding area.
Removed gutters and installed metal protection on fascia board where needed
Adjusted gutter angle to make sure water drained correctly on all sides
Installed and screwed in Guards on all the Gutters to keep in place
Added Metal End caps to prevent squirrels and bird access to gutters.
Corrected a Gutter Problem that caused leaves and debris to collect and build up at one section of the roof allowing water to
flow over sides.

Simulated Lumber at the base for water resistance.

Today is 1-July-2014 and three storms have come through since installation and I have seen none of the problems I had before the guards were installed. Normally I would be cleaning out the clogged down spouts!!

They did a great job repairing the drywall and painting the inside of our rental home! they rebuilt a set or stairs for us and there was even enough money left from the insurance claim that Matthew was able to refinish our floors, We are grateful to have come to know Matthew and dirt to done. "The entire experience with Josh Dunn and his team went extremely well. I had another contractor over to look at the space, and his estimate was 30k, he really had no good ideas for what to do with the originally awkward layout, and he advised that I should move my two kids (ages 1 and 4) out of the upstairs during the remodel. Josh walked in and immediately envisioned what to do with the space and came in with a lower estimate. He and Mike worked meticulously, controlled dust, and cleaned up every afternoon before they left. They did any and all sawing and tile-cutting outside. My baby took naps in the basement, but both my kids slept at night in their own beds in their rooms, and I never worried about dust. Josh and Mike are polite and professional, keep you informed of the process, and are also very good at what they do. No drywall seam is visible, no tile is crooked, and the paint job is extremely clean. Our remodel was extensive enough that we needed city (Richmond Heights) permits, and that required that separate electricians and plumbers do that work and that everything (electrical, plumbing, building) be inspected two times. All of that slowed things down, but Josh and Mike communicated so well and kept everything so neat that I had no complaints. They also subcontracted out to workers who were as nice and professional as they are. I will have Dunn Home Improvements do any home remodeling project, large or small, that arises in the future."
