"Here's our experience Midtown Home Improvement. Starting with day one the crew arrived at a reasonable time. I have to say that this crew is very, very good. They are friendly, professional, courteous, hardworking and from my observations not only work well as a team but know what they are doing. They take a lot of pride in their work and are very meticulous with their measurements and assembly techniques. They dismantled the original deck with no problems and immediately started working on the new deck. It took three days total even with the cold weather and the deck looks amazing. Two days later the crew showed up to put up the screen room. It took 5 days total but that was due to the near zero weather and an 8-inch snowfall. The finished screen room looks great, and we are looking forward to using it. We also had our gutters and downspouts replaced and they look great. Iif we have additional home improvements, they will be our first call."

"I allowed bathroom excellence referred by Angi to install a shower and walk-in tub, shower walls, wavey chrome faucets, and grab bars, supposed to be brushed nickel doors out of level close on their own, don't seal all the way. Walk-in tub installed with 3/8 in. Instead of ¾ water lines takes 35 minutes to fill, electric wrong should be 30amp only installed 20amp all fossettes and handles chrome supposed to be brushed nickel left my home totally a mess. Don't have enough hot water to fill. New bids over 10,000 to repair their work. The overall project was a disaster. They left my home in such a mess. Also, did not install the tub properly, did not take care of callbacks. Also, didn't wire it right or put in the proper plumbing, and I also needed a bigger water heater because I only have a 50; you have to have an 80 to fill up a walk-in tub. OK. "

James is purely a rockstar – he works quietly (considering it included demo and the like), cleanly and respectfully. He kept us in the know along the way and really brought the details together. He was always available when we had questions and did quality work from top to bottom. Most of all, James really treated our home as though it was his own. The coordination of the project (which included several required inspections) was all handled by Angie and team. She is a great communicator, and that can’t be overlooked in a project of this scale.
