"Great! After calling five companies for quotes (three of which never called back), Nate called right away. And, after talking to him and getting my questions answered, he came out that same day! Nate was very professional and thorough, he sprayed around my house and removed the bird nests. We haven’t had a bird mite since. I would definitely hire Defender Pest Control again!"

"It's nice that their processes are chemical free and the dog can get back to his lawn business as soon as it's dry (about an hour). They are comparably priced to other chemical-providers and you just feel better using them. They always answer the phone if you have a question and their techs are actually professionally trained in the field of landscaping and plant matters.
They now have an online system to make payments which is really nice. Previously it was the old-school method of mailing in checks! Glad to see they are doing well and improving their technology.

"I signed up for the monthly package. Which included lawn care, fertilizing and weed control , fall clean up, gutter cleaning and snow removal. Very careless, sloppy work. The main concern appeared to be saving time. My lawn had skid marks from the mower turning. Didn't even clear the leaves before the final fertilizer! And the leaves were wet - that's when I cancelled."
