Not the perfect situation but, that was a win win for me as well as Hosack's Plumbing because a good water heater was installed just not one that would quite fit the Spire requirements for the rebate! Hence we didn't need to take a brand new water heater out and replace it with another water heater that was just .05 UEF Higher!"

I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault.
