"Received a prompt response when contacted to set up a time. Timothy showed up on time, completed repairs, and we have had no issues with any of his work. Did a great job at a competitive price. I would definitely use him again or recommend him!"

"Jason and Allen were great to work with. They had to wrestle with our 30 year old water heater and replace it with a nice new one. They arrived on time in a snow storm and finished hours ahead my expected time frame. I was waiting to hear a list of excuses and expensive problems. However everything was positive and informative. The guys were friendly and prepared. The cost estimate was exactly what the bill was. Plus I learned more about my house which was a great bonus."

"The technician was honest and said that the water heater is in good working condition not needing any repairs or replacement We were told the opposite by another company!!! They have indicated that it needs replacement!!"

"I appreciated he found a way to replace the faucets and shower by going through the kitchen wall so as not to disturb the tile. Also appreciated his honesty about his recommendations concerning the tile."

"the technician from zoom drain was great. He led me through the entire process, including clearing the clog, showing me with a camera the roots that caused the blockage in my sewer main, water jetting the line to remove the roots, and showing me the cleaned out line after he was done. 10/10 service."

"Franklin's service is nothing but exceptional. He is professional, punctual, and honest. He cleaned and fixed my gutters and while doing so noticed my chimney needed some serious waterproofing. Who knows how long I needed this but his recommendation probably saved me thousands and thousands of dollars in the long run. I will definitely work with Franklin again and I highly recommend him to friends and family."

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. The three men I worked with were all very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again. Phil Lykens"
