"Following 2018s Hurricane Michael, Florida Intracoastal Builders restored a bedroom, part of a lg. porch and replaced the roof including repairing trusses. The work was Excellent and finished with good timing. The inspector was impressed and I was very pleased. Following Jan. 2024s tornado, I contracted with them a 2nd time for more extensive work. The AMAZING team rebuilt the garage including trusses, Master Bdrm., 3 closets and 2 bathrooms and more. They replaced electricals, plumbing, flooring, A/C unit, HWH, well house extension and water softening equipment. Also, windows, updated hardiplank siding, multiple doors, insulation, the roof, gutters, painted (inside and outside) and provided extras I requested.....ALL WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY. The team worked consistently until complete. They kept the property, inside and outside, clean and free of nails and clutter. I am 100 % Satisfied. Each inspection passed with praise. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

They always punctual and left very late in the afternoon to make sure they could finish on time. We needed the job completed on a specific time frame because we were going on vacation. they were the only company that said that it could be done, and it was done in a professional manner. We will always be grateful for this. The installation was on the second floor of the house, so we moved everything to the first floor. To our surprise, it was very fast and an easy going project, expect no mess, except for moving the objects out of the way. I also want to highlight their professional way of doing business, always answered phone calls and emails, always informed us of the next step. The outcome is beautiful wood floors that at a delight for the eye of everyone that comes to visit. "I could not have been more pleased with Chris Barnhardt and his crew. We needed what we though was a very straight-forward repair on four support posts that were rotted. Chris came out and gave a detailed estimate that was very reasonable and more complete than several others I received, and we signed a contract. Communication and timeliness were excellent throughout the process, and once permits and plans were complete, work on the balcony started. That's when things took some very unexpected turns as we found more and more rotted wood on the first and second story framing. We required a change order to accomplish all of the things that we found wrong, and given the scope of the final project, I just had to get the work done and worry about the cost later. In the end, Chris's crew replaced about 80% of the entire balcony, salvaging whatever areas they could. And the final product looks great! The additional cost was very fair and reasonable. I will hire Chris again in the future and highly recommend him for any general contractor requirements! Fair price, quality work -- it doesn't get any better!"
