"I had a sump pump installed (fall 2022), along with drainage channels and a moisture barrier in one of corner of my basement. The sump pump has a battery backup system too. Install was done very professionally. They worked with me to finance the project through a 0% loan which was a nice feature. There was an issue in spring of 2023. They came promptly, diagnosed a bad pump and replaced free of charge. Recently the pump alarm kept going off intermittently. Got a repair tech scheduled to come out same week. He found a issue with how the alarm was placed and replaced that part. Both times that I had issues, thetechs were very knowledgeable and informed me further about how the system works. I would highly recommend this company for water issues."

"I had a very significant drainage issue around my property that had caused severe water damage to several rooms inside the house. This had been going on for years and I needed a solution. Team Green stepped in and solved my problems. The project went very smoothly once underway. The lead time was about 7-8 weeks, which was the only downside. Everything from start to finish was thoroughly explained to me and if I had any questions they got answered quickly. I even called them to ask questions about another provider's bid/project and they had no problem explaining the issues to me. The install crew worked very hard clearing large tree roots and rocks to install the drain. Several gutters, including two of my neighbors, were directed into the drain, which was made of high quality six inch pipe. "The provider was extremely professional.  He did two chimney's although I had originally only indicated service for 1 as well as did the tuck pointing for the one fireplace. 
He walked me through in detailed all of the steps and reviewed with me all of the changes that they made and the service and additional costs were clearly indicated prior to work being completed. 
After cleaning the chimney they clean up their mess and the one chimney that was in the basement had concrete dust from a sump pump I had put in and they cleaned that up too. 
Additionally, he went back and corrected something he did not find to his standard even though I don't know that I would have noticed. 
I would definitely recommended him to others.

•        Frank's team at Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement identified that my cracked basement wall and fireplace foundation had settled 1 1/2" along one side of my home, and needed 12 piers installed to lift and stabilize the foundation to prevent further cracking.    Frank provided a competitive estimate for pier jacking, based on other pier jacking I had had done on a front porch and laundry room slab, but he used a far more sophisticated technology than the other company I had used in the past.
•        They first removed a 560 sq foot cedar deck, then excavated with a Bobcat down to the base of the foundation wall.   The gentleman running the excavator operated with surgical precision, leaving a clean wall and trench for the next phase.   They preserved the shrubs I wanted saved, and the only ancillary damage was a pinched gas line for my bbq, which Frank had repaired immediately after the job was completed.   My wife was impressed that they salvaged the deck boards and reused them for roof joists on another project, and salvaged the old bricks from an underlying brick patio and provided them to another who needed a patio but could not afford bricks. 
•       The pier jacking involved driving 12 heavy steel pipes down to the solid subground (not down to bedrock) using a hydraulic press, then using those same presses and hydraulic rams to lift the foundation of the home 1 1/2 inches when all of the pipes were in place.  They then bolted and welded the pipes to the lifting flanges, making the lift permanent, and cut off the excess pipe.  The team brought in a Bobcat front loader to backfill the excavation after putting a waterproof sealant on the outside of the exposed basement wall, again operating it with surgical precision.  
•       Through the entire process, Frank and his team communicated what they were doing, and met the schedule that they had proposed.   The site was left very clean, with all of the debris removed and the area of the lawn that was covered with excavated debris was scraped clean and ready for reseeding. 
•       Frank was very responsive to my questions throughout the process, and left me with no surprises.   I wholeheartedly recommend Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement for any foundation work needed.

"My wife and I own a home that was built in 1898. When we were soliciting bids for a LONG OVERDUE bathroom remodel, I had cast a pretty wide net on Angie's List trying to find a contractor with experience working with old homes, and someone I felt that we could trust. I found that contractor with Dunn Home Improvements.
Josh Dunn and his brother, Mike, began work on our bathroom renovation on a Monday morning. Upon entering the home, they laid down drop cloths and stair savers to keep from tracking in - and out - debris and general construction mess through the house. The demolition took a half day, and everything was carefully removed, and very meticulously cleaned. Color me impressed!
The rest of the project flew by, with Josh and Mike framing in the bathroom, running electric, plumbing, et cetera. The first week ended with leveling compound on the floor, set to cure and level out what was quite possibly the most un-even floor in our old home -- mission accomplished! The second week buttoned up with a beautiful tile job, painting, and installation of cabinets. We finally had a bathroom that we could be proud of. The transformation was complete!
I plan on keeping Josh and Mike on speed-dial for other projects for our home. Throughout the entire engagement, I felt not only informed, but empowered. The attention to detail is second-to-none, and I almost can't wait to start more renovation projects to work with Dunn Home Improvements again."

They then got the fiberglass ready. they brought the hose from the truck thru the bedroom window and up in the attic which is in the hallway by the bedroom. They then started to spray it in and it took about 2 to 3 hours to fill to the level that we ordered. They were professional. It was really hot that day also.
