I always love a good deal but a bargain just isn't a bargain when you still have work to do at the end of the day or you have to hire someone else to correct what the bargain contractor did wrong.  They were not the highest bidder but they weren't the cheapest either.  Somewhere in the middle is a pretty good place though!
