"They were super quick in their response time; about ten minutes after I had requested a quote, they called to tell me they were on their way. Our septic field was really backed up but they were able to come out later the same afternoon with a backhoe to dig up the yard and see why it was backed up. Apparently the leech line had been routed beneath a huge tree and the roots were choking the field badly. They saved us *so* much money by repairing the line instead of needing to have the whole tank replaced, which was quoted anywhere between $4500 and $6500. Ran the line to the refrigerator ice maker and in door water. Gave us a referral to a contractor that cur holes in kitchen sink and laundry room sink to install soap dispensers. Very impressed with this company and their products.
