"Mel and his crew remodeled my kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and replaced my back deck. They took down a wall between my kitchen and livingroom to really open the space. They did a wonderful job. They were on time and Mel and Micheal were always available to answer any questions I had. The whole remodel took a few weeks longer than expected but that was due to deliveries being postponed. A few subcontractors were a little messy or didn't clean up but Micheal was there to correct all the issues usually before I said anything or even noticed. Overall I was pleased and my husband and I are so happy in our newly remodeled home!"

"We wanted to replace our existing deck and build a new one with an expanded footprint. Chris was very helpful in suggesting what kind of deck we could build in our space. He was very good in helping us to decide on specific materials and was good to suggest ways to save money in the final design. We did make minor changes to the design after we had finalized our agreement and he was very willing to accommodate with only a minor adjustment to the overall price. He started the project when he said he would and finished very quickly. He then came back in the agreed upon time to paint the deck once it had settled. The work, both construction and painting, is excellent . We are extremely happy with our new deck."

"Left a message and was promptly returned later in the day. He offered to come on Saturday, however it was not an emergency and Monday was just fine. There was no extra charge for Saturday, he just stated he wants to keep his customers happy. Customer service extraordinaire! Came promptly at appointed time, adjusted water pressure regulators. Stated they weren't the highest quality, but no need to change out as they were relatively new. Gave quote for laundry tub and explained how lines were connected in crawlspace. Excellent customer service, no "trip charge", even though had an assistant, did not charge me extra than the hourly rate, knowledgeable, did not try to up sell me and will definitely use in future and refer to others."

"They placed cloths throughout the house each day they worked to protect our floors. They removed and replaced everything in our bathroom with expertise. This includes our bathroom floor, vanity/sink, removing tub and installing a complete show with glass doors. They also painted and installed a light/fan combo above our shower. We love everything!"
