"They were able to get a service call set up ery quickly. Chris showed up exactly on time. We described the situation - toilet flush created loid knocking sound. He explained what he would look for. After testing the pressure in serval taps, he asked for access in our space under the house. While there, he did a quick inspection of the water heater and pipe hangers. He determined the cause was the water pressure valve. As he had the part, it was installed. Problem solved."

Called answering service on Thursday.  Called me back within an hour and scheduled me for the next day.  I was first up on appointments and went well.  They did not have a part they needed and had to return to shop.  Repair went well and quick.  Also fixed a leaking outside faucet for me.  Would highly recommend and would use in the future.  Felt I was treated very fairly.  Also gave me a discount for using Angie's List.
