Every encounter from initial txt msg through phone call, scheduling, meeting the technicians, and their work in assessing and completing the repair was exemplary. My job was done in a timely manner which was a relief as another company quoted me a 4 day delay. My water was off at the main so I really didn't want to wait that long. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional and answered my questions. They left no mess behind. I have some future upgrades in the planning stage and will definitely consult with them at that time due to the experience I had today. So, in short, my water is back on. My leak is gone.
