"Steven Ault of Valdel assessed the problems, and provided the option of replacing toilet internal components only, or replacing toilets with new, quiet, reduced-water-use toilets. He also discovered that our home's water pressure regulator had failed, indicating that the water pressure inside our home was excessive, which could result in failure of plumbing inside the house, which, of course, is something no one wants. He single-handedly addressed all of our issues in the course of a few hours, and everything is now working perfectly, and quietly. We didn't obtain competitive pricing, but we could not be more satisfied with the work Steven performed."

"Longacre is the best. I had an issue with my water heater. They contacted me so quickly, was able to get me scheduled same day and showed up within 1hr. By far the best. From the time they showed up they were very professional, clean and thorough. You gained a loyal customer. Thank you for your business."

I've been an electrician for nearly 10 years and I'm an owner-operated company based out of Quakertown. There is no job too small for me. A handful of jobs I take care of are outlets, switches, lights, ceiling, bath, and attic fans, electric car chargers, underground electric for outbuildings, electrical panels, service upgrades, troubleshooting and more.

"It went great. The repairman/plumber arrived on time; he was quick, efficient and did a great job."

"Pete Russo Plumbing is one of the best, if not THE BEST, plumbing companies in the area. I recently had the need for a plumber, and on the recommendation of a couple of neighbors, called Russo. I could not have been happier that I did! Todd, the gentleman who answered my call and scheduled my service, is a true professional. He answered my questions, quoted a price, etc. in a truly professional manner. Alec, the plumber who performed the work at my home, is an amazing plumber. Not only is he a skilled technician, he is intelligent and resourceful when seeking solutions to any problems which might arise along the way. If you are in need of a plumber, and don't know who to call, contact Russo. You will be glad you did."

"American came and did the cleanout and in-line camera inspection for $400 and later sent the $8000 sewer line replacement proposal warning us that the clogging problem could reoccur.  The $400 was apparently reasonable since the line clogged again in a week or 2 and we called another plumber to do a cleanout and inspection and they also charged $400.  We were concerned about the seemingly high price from American; that is why we called a different plumber for the 2nd cleanout so we could get an independent second opinion since we apparently did have a recurring problem.  The difference was the 2nd plumber, Carney Plumbing of Line Lexington, PA, saw that the problem was a crack in the line that was letting dirt and ground water in causing the clogs, not just a dip in the line, and they gave an estimate of ~$3900 for the exact same sewer line replacement!  We had Carney do the sewer line replacement work and there is no way American could have done a better job that would be worth more than 2 times the price.  American did a reasonable job on the cleanout, but their pricing for the sewer line was excessive.

"The technician came and replaced my old water heater in 2 hours. He even ignored my dog was in her crate barking like a fool with no issues. My old heater was too heavy too take away so he came back with help to remove it. Definitely would have them work for me again. The price I was quoted was the price I got."
