They are knowledgeable, take the time to understand the issues, and present and discuss a range of options with varying price-points, and results. I received estimates from 5 different companies before selecting one to replace our furnace and install new air filtration. The estimate from Marina Plumbing and Heating was very competitive. Although they were not the cheapest, they were much more professional and easy to work with than the cheaper bids. Marina Pand H also included the cost of required building permits in the estimate, which the cheaper estimates were not including. "Drew from Legacy Plumbing came out IMMEDIATELY to our rescue because not only were all toilets and showers unusable because water would flood downstairs but we had a birthday get-together with family happening within the hour. Drew was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our clog and we needed a replacement part for an obvious leak. Legacy Plumbing is super honest, and you don't feel like you're getting ripped off with unnecessary b.s.. "We hired System Pavers Fremont to remove an old slanted concrete driveway and pathway and design and install a whole new backyard path, and patio. We couldn't be happier. Nick Lehr and Adrian O'Donoghue were awesome in the design phase, and helped us figure out how to plan it and deal with some complicated drainage issues. The crew that did all the work were diligent, clean and most importantly did really good work. Adrian was here every day supervising the crew and was really communicative, responding to texts immediately. Couldn't recommend them more. And the price of the project was more than reasonable!"

"Reliably Professional Reliably Expensive- 5 Stars for Mario, who installed a new water heater and brought it up to code. Minus 4 stars for price gouging!!! 2200$ for a $750 water heater installed in less than 3 hours. Even with the extra parts to bring to code, materials cost less than a thousand dollars that leaves $1200 divided by 3 hrs = $400 per hour!!!!"
