"This a case of a local shop being purchased by a big guy some10 yrs ago.  As time goes on we feel less and less valued as a long time customer.  We use them for many of our repair issues and are satisfied with their work.  An example of DISSATISFACTION came recently when our year old water heater failed and was replaced under warranty.  The initial cost was $1467.00.  A year and a half later, we were hit with another $400.00 "labor charge" to replace it AND the warranty was not reset to new---with the new unit!! We have great faith in the integrity of several of our favorite service guys and request them when we call for service.  But as we told our guy "Tim" yesterday, if he goes, we'll most likely be right behind him!  That said---the office help is unfailingly polite and pleasant, they call to gauge our satisfaction with the visit and they seem sincere.  Honestly, if we switch to someone new it could be better---BUT--it could be the same or worse!  Maybe I'm dreaming to expect personal consideration regarding ALL the work and $$$ I've directed their way."

"We were very pleased with the work they did replacing our water heater. We also took advantage of the free inspection and will definitely be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs. We highly recommend them."

"There were several problems with the space pack AC unit AC Engineers installed in 2016. AC engineers really stands behind their work. Their technicians are excellent. It took several visits to restore my system but AC Engineers did the job right. I live in a 100 year old house and repairs to my boiler and AC and other systems are a fact of life. AC engineers is a pleasure to work with and I have no reservations to recommend them to a friend."

"The appointment went okay. Checked option "no" for "Would you hire again?" only because the company is based in Jackson and in an emergency not the most practical choice and if it was not for the Angie's List promo we most likely would not have heard about this company."

"Excellent quality of service, easy to work with, knowledgeable. Would recommend highly for any plumbing project. I have worked with them on two different homes!"

"The service was good. They couldn't have done anything to make the service better."

"Fixed our air conditioner on the same morning we called.  We left a message at 7 AM and they were there by 9 AM, repaired it and was gone by 10 AM.
Very professional and fast.

"Efficient and very timely. I noticed water on the floor by the furnace and detected a leak. I called Garmon and they were out with a couple hours. Problem fixed in 1 hr. Highly recommend."

"Lara came out later in the day to save me from my water heater crisis. She was very professional & took care to remove my rusted water heater out of the basement and cleaned up so well. I will definitely call Puck Plumbing and have already given the number to a friend."
