Taylor and his co-worker, Matt, came back for the system upgrade because my husband's garage is really crammed, making repairs difficult. The two of them worked together and replaced the system in less than two hours. Both Taylor and Matt were very professional and answered the questions we had. They switched out the new remotes to key chain versions from visor clip-on ones, when we expressed security concerns with the latter. "Mr. McKnight just finished working with me. He reattached my sink to the underside of my kitchen counter, repaired a chair, fixed my glass front door and installed a rubber strip along the bottom of a closet door. Since he just finished the work I can't say how well-done it is for the long-term (However, I can't imagine my sink ever being an issue again and strongly doubt there will be problems with any of the other work he did) but I believe he did a great job and did everything right. He very kindly explained and showed me what he was doing.
