"Kelly and his crew are very professional. Kelly communicates quickly. Crew always arrived on time and cleaned up very week. Project was completed in a timely manner. Both Kelly and the crew answered all my questions politely and patiently. Definitely would hire again and highly recommend."

"We are very happy with the work done and the quality of our new basement. The crew was always polite and remembered that this was a home first and work site second. All of our questions and concerns were answered and addressed throughout the project. I really appreciated that the total cost we agreed to in the beginning didn't change and there weren't any price increases during the process. We had a great experience and would recommend Manwaring construction to any of our friends."

"They did all as promised. Very prompt, excellent hard working crew. Respectful of property, answered all questions. Easy to communicate with at all times. Love the new roof. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof"

"Tom Wheatley is a skilled carpenter and general contractor. The name of his business is "Pedagogy home and repair", The job involved remodeling a loft condo to enclose the lof and add a second bedroom by extending the second level across the open space. the "Pedagogy" came about because he also was a high-school teacher who taught home building and remodeling. Business was interrupted by COVID and led him to take on several projects in the SLC and Park City area. I found his work to be of the highest quality. I was impressed by his knowledge of the craft and his general management skills. When problems arose, he never shirked his responsibilities, nor made excuses. The overall quality of the job was excellent. I found that he was easy to work with and aimed to please us at every turn."

"Brach is the best!!! I though the basement build out was going to take many months to complete, but he punched it out in weeks. He's very up front in his pricing and there were no surprises whatsoever. Build quality was exceptional and we are very pleased."

"Kent did a great job working on our fireplace project. He was with us every step: from designing, helping pick up proper materials, every step. It is impressive how precise measurements are for such a complex design we picked. He worked tirelessly, diligently, communicated every step so we would be aware of what to expect next. Honestly, we are so happy we finally found ?our? Contractor and definitely will be going back to him with any future projects."

"Ted has been wonderful to work with! Answers the phone every time we call, and has always tried to help us get the best deal for what we want. His staff has been professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend Ted Konold Construction."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luke did an outstanding job repairing our vinyl flooring. We had to use replacement flooring that was the closest match we could find, even though it was a slightly different size. His craftsmanship was incredible—you’d never know there had ever been a damaged section in the middle of the room. He was honest, extremely responsive, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and quality of work exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Luke to anyone needing vinyl flooring repairs!"

"Spent about half an hour looking at bathrooms, kitchen, and addition plans. Explained what would be involved and potential problems. Also, gave us an idea of the costs. Very knowledgeable and very helpful."
