Get matched with top carport (metal) builders in Salt Lake City, UT

"I only review if things are really good or really bad. These guys put up a pre-engineered metal building for me. The foundation was slightly off (from another contractor). They caught it before starting the steel work and were up front about the changes. Didn't cost me much more for them to modify the column and get the job done. Very professional and still got the job done in the original time line. I have recommended them to my buddy and would recommended again."

"Tom Wheatley is a skilled carpenter and general contractor. The name of his business is "Pedagogy home and repair", The job involved remodeling a loft condo to enclose the lof and add a second bedroom by extending the second level across the open space. the "Pedagogy" came about because he also was a high-school teacher who taught home building and remodeling. Business was interrupted by COVID and led him to take on several projects in the SLC and Park City area. I found his work to be of the highest quality. I was impressed by his knowledge of the craft and his general management skills. When problems arose, he never shirked his responsibilities, nor made excuses. The overall quality of the job was excellent. I found that he was easy to work with and aimed to please us at every turn."

"Brach is the best!!! I though the basement build out was going to take many months to complete, but he punched it out in weeks. He's very up front in his pricing and there were no surprises whatsoever. Build quality was exceptional and we are very pleased."

"Bill was great! He was able to build our home within 6 months, which was amazing! He was very organized and very good with communicating with us throughout the entire process. He was able to save us 15k through certain design choices! He is definitely the guy to go to to get the job done. The house looks amazing and have been in it for almost 4 months now and we love it."

"Excellent! Couldn't be happier with Clic Homes! We had some issues due to an error made by a third party designer/architect we hired prior to enlisting Clic Homes services. However, with Clic Homes experience and exceptional customer service, they helped us quickly identify a solution. We are very happy with their work, professionalism, and attention to detail. I highly recommend them!"

"Cruz and his guys did a great job building the deck of my dreams. The aluminum Privacy wall was exactly what we wanted along with the rails! They were very responsive and easy to work with. 11/10"

"The work exceeded my expectations for completeness, aesthetic appeal, and promptness. The owner updated the electrical with a subpanel and new 3-wire circuits. Tom and his project manager, Jordan, offered many suggestions that made the finished product superior to our vision and more complete. The work will enhance our home for years to come. The subs who provided the framing, sheetrock, and mudding were friendly and excellent; they even could be called perfectionists. I must note that the owner has a full-time job and this is a side business. This fact actually worked to our advantage. Tom and Jordan would work evenings and weekends to complete our job. Their schedule was perfect for us because we did not have to take time off work. The owner operates a fair and ethical business. I recommend him without reservation and will definitely use this business again."
