"I wanted to change out my 20+ old HVAC system before winter and knew what I wanted as far as equipment. I had several companies bid on the project and ended up using Brozwood. Randy came to my house to confirm what he and I had spoken about on the phone about and the price of the work. On the install day, Braden and Nate were the technicians assigned to do the job. They arrived and quickly went over with me what they were going to do and got to work. They had the install completed by the time that said they would and cleaned up after themselves. Their work was perfect and exactly what they said they would do and what I wanted. This company may not spend the big money on advertising as I found them by accident, but I would never use anyone else for HVAC now that I know about Brozwood. They were reasonably priced and their work is superior. "

"The team from phone call to installation of a gas heater was a good experience for us. The installation team was very pleasant, polite, effiicient with their timing, installing, explaining, and courteous. Our heater went out over the New Year, and we were without heat for 3 1/2 days. "YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

"I called Ryan because my 15 year old furnace was not functioning. The heat exchangers had pinholes and the secondary exchanger was completely rusted out and clogged. Ryan did his absolute best to come up with the best solution for the least amount of cost to me. In the end the resolution ended up being a new furnace unit. This gentleman is transparent and honest. He took the time to explain to me why I needed a new furnace. He had the opportunity to cobble my old one together and charge me for labor, but his integrity shined through and he let me know it's not safe, and he's not comfortable doing that. I also took the opportunity to have him install a 4" filter box to prevent future system issues due to the awful 1" filter location. I will 100% call Ryan again in the future.
