Brozwood impressed with on-time service, full disclosures, excellent information that checked out, and ultimately excellent equipment and installation at a very fair price. The crew showed up the very next morning and spent twelve hours removing the old, completely reducting the returns, moving the humidifier, and installing a 'beautiful' 96% furnace and 5-ton air conditioner. Inside and out it looks excellent. Time tells when it comes to dependability and quality, but it all looks very good so far. Losing your heating and cooling system is usually a stressful experience during which you might be taken advantage of. Nice to be able to say that this all turned out very well.
