I do not recommend for a homeowner with an existing single family residence. I needed to replace the galvanized pipe connecting my house to the street for an irrigation project. Between offering the highest bids (before an extra $10k option to install all copper), their nonsensical proposal for an invasive relocation of the line to service the water heater, and their proposal to use an excavator to tear up my yard and remove multiple shrubs and a tree just to replace my water line, I elected to use a different company. I appreciate the business like demeanor, their connections to government and utilities, and that they have the resources to pay for multi year apprenticeships"

"The owner, Deep, can only be described as an absolute rock star. He was extremely persistent until he found and resolved the root of the problem. He first used a camera, quickly found the clog, and cleared it with the snake in order to use the jet. He jetted the entire kitchen drain but it was still holding water. I'm on septic; he went outside to the septic vent to ensure the jet had reached the main pipe, which it had. Deep found a lot of thick, gluey grease and jetted it through, and then discovered, with the camera, something else plugging the kitchen line. He had a cool contraption, like a metal detector, that he used to reveal where the clog was. He then went into my crawl space, cut out a good 6-8 feet of pipe, and found this nasty, hardened grease that looked like concrete. He replaced the pipe and everything now works like a charm!"
