The install had some quirks due to the unit not being straight forward to install in keeping with code, but the electrician explained how he was going to change the wiring to the unit in order to meet code and preserve the weather proofing. He was polite and friendly, gave me an extra warranty due to the unusual situation, and helped me pair my phone with the correct app for charging. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed my outlet. I was happy with everything and look forward to contacting them again when I need wiring."
