Online: asked for quote (got an about set of prices - that's OK) and scheduled for Wed @ 10 AM: they showed up @ 1:30 PM _ a phone call of the change would have been nice! The work was fine and they were quick about it (4 outlets NOT working and needed one outside outlet replaced and a new one added). The work was very good and quickly done. Good communication would have given them a 5 star rating."

I drove 1.5 hours to the service site, only to be met with confusion and poor communication. When I called at 12:30 to ask for a specific arrival time, I was told the technician would contact me 30 minutes before arriving—but they couldn’t give me a time estimate. I waited another 2.5 hours before receiving a call informing me that no technician would be coming at all. My only options were to reschedule or cancel. I asked to speak with a manager and was placed on long hold. Eventually, I was told the manager was “too busy” to speak with me and would call me later. That call never came. This experience was a complete waste of time and resources, and the lack of accountability was appalling. Hunt’s HVAC Services failed to honor their commitment, communicate effectively, or show basic courtesy. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business."
