He was very courteous, friendly, and professional and inspected the door and let me know what needed to be done, as well as the price. He was very careful in his work, making sure not to hit the car that was parked in the garage with anything. He explained to me the advantages of the new spring he was installing. When finished, he inspected the rest of the system and pointed out the rollers were pretty worn. He said he could replace them for an extra $100, which was less than a quote I had already gotten, so I had him do that, too. Finally, he showed me how to lubricate everything, gave me a can of oil, and said to make sure I do it every 6 months. Highly recommended! We have an oversized double garage door so they had to manufacture larger springs. Jay came back the next day with new springs and installed them, inspected and lubed everything. He's obviously knowledgeable, experienced and safety conscious. The  work went very quickly and the door is now perfectly balanced. He even found a hidden nail that was making a horrible noise every time it opened.
