"1st repair took less than 15 minutes and i had bought the supplies and the 2nd took 30 to 45 mins max. He replace about 2.5 1nch pipe add 2 -45's since the pipe was in little bind and switched out the PVC Value. The repairs were awesome and done correctly but for 1 to 1.5 hrs work and i paid drive time of $165.00 dollars - the bill was $1,100.00+ - it's a little expensive. However they did come right away to help me out because my cattle didn't have water for 3 days because of waiting on another plumber. Everything is expensive and they did good work but i really need to rethink it next time because a vacation day wouldn't have cost that much but i couldn't take off due to work. They are a very good company, did a really good job and respond right away so all in all really good company to do business with. Thank you for helping me out in a jam."

"Originally came out as a second opinion after another Angie's List contractor had condemend my two heating units as unsafe.  Rick inspected my units which had both failed after the coldest day of the year (Jan.4th).He spent approximatly 3 hours trouble shooting the systems.  After that time, he came down and told me that he could get the main heating system to function intermittently and would speak with his supervisor, Carlos, about what he would consider for the ultimate repair.  On Monday the 7th of January I recieved both a phone call and an e-mail cost from Carlos,  for replacing the defective boards, or if I so chose, a price to replace both furnace systems.  Carlos also stated that the technician, Rick, told him that my systems appeared very clean and felt that the board replacement would be sufficent.  He also told me that if the new control boards did not fix my problem, I would not have to pay for them.
The bords had to be ordered from Trane.  Rick returned on1/14/13 to install both boards.  After installation it was determined that one of the gas valves needed replacement, also.  The job was finished to my satisfaction on 1/15/13 after an inspection by Carlos, the invoice was paid.  Both heaters have preformed extremely well since that date.
They preformed will from Rick always showing up on time with his booties to the final follow up.  I will use them in the future for my HVAC needs.

"Doug checked and cleaned my wall furnace along with checking for carbon monoxide and/or gas leaks. A small gas leak was detector that came from the kitchen. Doug eliminated the leak by tightening the flair nut on the supply flex. In the garage, he flushed the water heater and stopped a cold water facuet hosebibb leak in the sink. Doug is very professional and courteous."

"The plumber showed up on time, very punctual.  Service was fast and the quality is exceptional.  In order to sell my home, the relocation service required some modifications to the plumbing.  I was required to install a water heater expansion tank and two sediment traps on the gas lines to the two HVAC units in the attic.  Pricing was very fair, they charged for time and materials and did not overcharge(be sure to ask for time and materials cost and not a blanket quote, it will be on the high side to protect the company).  Honest, good quality professionals.  What more could you ask for?  I would use them again if I still lived in San Antonio for all my plumbing needs.  I'm not 100% certain on the price, I believe it was $525 for all the work performed.

"Main water supply leak. GREAT JOB!! Highly recommend!! King's Plumbing called as soon as I posted and was able to come right out. The area of the leak was obvious and Dez gave me a fixed price of $900. I had another "over the phone estimate" of $600 from Ft Worth but was going to be another day for them to show up. Dez went right to work and only took 2.5 hours to dig about a four-foot hole to find the leak then fix. It was 40 yr old tree roots pushing on a joint. It would have taken me several days to do myself, without water. Definitely worth the cost."

"They cleaned our dryer vent and removed a blockage that was causing a dryer part to fail twice after replacing. Very quick and tech Corey Y. was very professional and knowledgeable and told us not to use dryer sheets to prevent the chemical buildu and lint sticking to our pvc pipes. Called back same day after having an appointment for an estimate to see if they would be able to clean the same day instead of making a new appointment. The girl said yes and then gave a $200 quick quote before hanging up and apparently canceling the estimate and the tech told me once they quote you he can't change it. So I was hoping the price was going to be cheaper and told how much prior to asking for credit card since it didn't take long and wasn't complicated...no it was $200 for a service others charge $89.99 but couldn't get out here until next week and we had laundry piling up. So a price I paid to get it done but didn't like the price. Don't accept a price over the phone! Otherwise it was a good experience and would highly recommend them for other services. The customer service rating isn't for the tech but the girl who answered the phone. Tech Customer Service is 5 Stars."
