"Our washer broke late on a Saturday evening. Mr. Walker came that same evening to repair it. He was honest and fixed it without recommending any new or replacement parts. He was thorough and efficient! Was a great experience. We will call upon him for future repairs when needed."

"The drum on my Kenmore dryer was not turning. I was able to get same day service, although they had to come back the next morning with the new belt. The service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The job was not inexpensive, however, and the tech didn't arrive within the appointment windows either time."

"Excellent, appliance repair tech was very thorough and helpful in fixing my Samsung dryer. Would recommend and/or hire again"

"I ordered the wrong parts and the wrong parts would’ve still worked, but I would have needed to call service repair probably within another six months and Noah was honest about it and allowed me to order the right part, came back out, and did the repair for a very affordable price, reasonable rate, and now I am washing my comforters and all the things that I was having to go to the wash laundromat to do. I’m so glad to have my washing machine back"

"We hired Mr.V to fix our washer,it was banging very loud during spin and we couldn’t wash he came over found the problem took it apart and ordered the part to install the next morning took no pay was more concerned on us getting it back and running.next morning he was right on time was very efficient and got the job done and was very reasonable and affordable.now it works great and I would definitely recommend this pro “Mr.V”,and he’s gonna be our #1 pro to call if anything ever breaks in our house."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"They were prompt in contacting me initially. The phone rep and the repairman were professional and polite. They had to order a motor for my dryer. They made every effort to meet my schedule and were on time, did clean up before leaving and told me to just call if I had any problems. I am pleased with their service and would certainly call them again. I recommend Premier Appliance of San Antonio, TX."
