Dan is obviously very observant and detail-oriented. He may be a perfectionist. My wife thinks that they left the laundry room cleaner than when they began the job. "It's probably my fualt, but in the past, when I arranged for an AC Tune-Up, they sprayed down the exterior units. My AC had been cooling poorly, so I wanted to get both units serviced. The Tech let me know I was low on coolent . I contacted my warranty company, who sent out a tech to check my system. The tech started outside and looked at nothing else once he saw the units were not clean. He never even entered the house (the second guy, not DilMak). He then asked for $150 to clean the unit (not covered by warranty). Not falling for the 1 star rated company's attempt to get paid more on the side. I contacted DilMac about the cleaning, and was informed that wasn't part of the tune-up. I should have known the rate was too good to be a full "tune up". I was more of a diagnostic. Now I have to set up a contract for seasonal maintainance so this doesn't happen again."

"Main water supply leak. GREAT JOB!! Highly recommend!! King's Plumbing called as soon as I posted and was able to come right out. The area of the leak was obvious and Dez gave me a fixed price of $900. I had another "over the phone estimate" of $600 from Ft Worth but was going to be another day for them to show up. Dez went right to work and only took 2.5 hours to dig about a four-foot hole to find the leak then fix. It was 40 yr old tree roots pushing on a joint. It would have taken me several days to do myself, without water. Definitely worth the cost."

"The worker was very polite, friendly and professional. I first explain what I had been experiencing for quite a number of years. I had work done on the same area but was never truly repaired. I have kept a bucket under the sink for years. The worker never interrupted me, listened carefully then immediately identified the problem. He extended himself by offering to replace the old baskets strainings on both sides of the sink. He also offered to cleaned the pipe under the sink that was horrible. I was thrilled after the work was completed. He made sure no leaks would be found and if so he mentioned their six months warranty. I didn't see one drop of water no where under my sink. The baskets strainings made my sink look brand new. He made me a very happy and satisfied customer. I have other work that needs attention to in the near future. I plan to hire "The City Base Plumbing" company for all my other repairs needed at my home. The cost of repair was $289.00 without my discount. After my discount was added, I was very pleased with the cost. Considering the trouble I have been experiencing for so many years it was well worth the price. Thank you to the worker who did a great job that without his skills, knowledge, expertise and experience I could have easily hired someone else, but I didn't. Thank you City Base Plumbing."
