"Bay Area Electrician did a fantastic job on my project!! I have a small family room downstairs and all the wiring and cables were run through conduits that were exposed on my ceiling and walls and made the family room look "industrial"!!! Ross and his team routed and concealed all the wiring inside the walls and ceiling, added a new light fixture, installed new outlets and switches and after we painted the whole room it now has a homey feel to it and is now an enjoyable room to be in!! They were on time, very friendly and gave us an excellent quote and left everything clean and left no debris!! I will recommend them to anyone!! They will definitely come back to do other projects!! "Wow!! I highly recommend All American Solutions to help you with any computer issues you may have! Bob promptly contacted me after I put the word out that I needed help. He clearly stated the services that he provides. There is one charge no matter how long it takes to service the computer. In my case the issues were many and somewhat involved so there was no quick fix. There were lots of malware floating everywhere -- in the browser and the computer and lots of registry issues. I would guess that he spent at least several hours in total on my computer. Everything works like it's new now. And the company hires US military veterans so that is also something that warms my heart. Bob is a true professional who knows his way around a computer."

"I purchased the service and was contacted by Jason very quickly and we scheduled a time for him to take over my computer. I had a few questions before hand and Jason responded to those quickly as well. He sent me a couple of text messages before our scheduled time and emailed me the instructions on how to let him take over. I was able to watch him manipulate my computer the whole time. He spent about 2 hours cleaning up extra "junk" that was on my computer, eliminating numerous viruses my computer had contracted and he installed free anti-virus programs for me. When he was finished, he asked that I take some time browsing the web while he watched to be sure that I was not experiencing any of the same problems. After that he called and went over everything he did, gave me some great suggestions and showed me the details of the anti-virus programs he installed. I found him to be very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I'd definitely use his services again, but hope I don't have to!"

"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.
