We board little and big critters, cats, dogs, lizards, bunnies, birds, you name it and we do not accept them not having the a/c or heat for proper temperature, ventilation and comfort. He has rebuilt our A/C for literally pennies on the dollar helping it last and perform beyond its years and when the time came for a new system (before it went out again and before the sweltering summer), we got a super duper A/C unit at a fantastic price. (Shout out for the Ecobee that I found much easier better for our purposes.) Juan was never hesitant to help when I called many times struggling with the Nest. (I ultimately returned the Nest but it might work great for a lot of other people) Having functioning AC and Heat is vital to our business and Juan is a very reliable piece of that puzzle.
