"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Eddie visited our house the very day we called about our water heater. He came out, inspected the very tough location where the water heater is located and delivered an estimate with 3 options on the spot. We decided which direction to go and let Eddie know at which time he promptly scheduled our installation. On the day of install he arrived when he said he would, put down every type of floor protection you can imagine and proceeded the very difficult task of manipulating a 50 gallon water heater out of a small closet 10 feet up in the air. He worked with his partner to remove the old one, replumbed and installed the new one, again in a very tight space. Eddie ran all new venting to the outside, added electronic monitoring, and crawled under the house several times to make certain the drains were all functioning properly. We could not ask for better service and the attention to detail was amazing. This is our second experience with Excalibur Plumbing and they have both been wonderful experiences. "Price and service were good. However their pricing method is not transparent. Enoch will ding you big time for small parts needed to install all water heaters. (Note: Enoch disclosed the potential for these charges in the fine print of their bid). For instance, Enoch replaced the water pan... it?s a $5 part at HD and they charged me $40! Same story with some flex tubing... It?s clearly a way to present competitive bid and ?sting? the customer at install... Enoch, just put it in the initial bid! I would have paid them on receipt of the bill but made them wait a few weeks because their pricing practices."

"So this is probably the best plumber I have ever dealt with in my 12 years of home ownership so far. First of all - this review is not only about Mr. Rooter in general, but specifically about the plumber I was lucky enough to use - Jason Henderson. The guy is a total BOSS! The work we had done was first of all to convert my electric cooktop to a gas top, and secondly, replace my water heater. Jason can out pretty quickly, got everything hooked up for the gas line and then when the inspector came out with his notes, Jason updated the little things here and there to keep it moving. The water heater was a whole other animal. The old water heater was 27 years old, so WAY out of code. Jason spent a full day removing the old one and getting everything up to snuff. He also went the extra mile of doing a final pressure test on the gas lines after everything to make sure that when the inspector came out we KNOW we will pass. There are so many other little things he kept doing throughout the ay that showed that he truly cares about his customers. It may not be much if I listed them, but to me and my family it was these extra little things that made a whole world of difference. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone as their prices and timing was top notch, but, more specifically, if you can get Jason Henderson on your job - DO IT! You will NOT be let down!"
