Archetype-GSD utilizes the design and craftsmanship of contractor Julian A.Villarreal, and his staff; with over 15 years of experience in construction trades, architectural deisgn, and industrail arts. We only use insured, trusted sub-contractors to aid in all of our projects. Initial visit to make contact and discuss customer expectations is free; from there a contract will be drawn up. Depending on the scope of work, or if designs will need to be made, payment arrangements will vary. Method of billing/payments will be set forth and agreed upon by both parties before any work commences.

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
