"Francisco called me right away. He was easy to schedule with. He communicated every step of the way, showed me the options and made sensible recommendations. He replaced a broken drain pipe in my garage, replaced a kitchen sink disposal and fixed the pipe in the kitchen sink."

"Excellent service by Cornelio & Edson. They came for an urgent same day service for the bathtub handle that fell off. Upon further inspection they found the pipe to have been rusted & stuck. They went above and beyond to repair. Extremely satisfied with their service, they are reliable and I would highly recommend."

"JPC team did an excellent, professional job on our storm water sump pumps related project. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."

"Arrived on time, told me there were three possibilities for the source of the leak, gave me quotes for the different options, and said that he would start with the inexpensive option and if that didn't work we'd progress. The first thing he tried worked, and the price was fair. He reminded me, as he left, that the work was warrantied for 30 days and to call him if there was any subsequent recurrence. Very competent, friendly, professional."

"I wanted to replace an old Kohler toilet, which had stopped flushing. I looked at a number of plumbers on Angi and selected Pinnacle Plumbing based on the reviews they received and because they were based locally. I contacted them and they quoted a price that I thought was fair based on the purchase of a well-known water-saving toilet and labor. Camilo and Luis arrived on time as promised and were very efficient in changing out the old toilet with a water-saving model. They explained the process as they worked. They tested the water pressure to make sure the toilet flushed well. I was very satisfied with their work. I also hired them to do a second job, to install a ball valve on a water line from the building into the backyard and to remove a galvanized pipe and replace it with copper. They quoted a fair price for their labor and materials (copper piping and the ball valve). They arrived early and finished within an hour and sent pictures of the work. I highly recommend them."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in San Bruno, CA

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
