He cleaned the area thoroughly and called the following day to make sure I was happy with the work. I would not hesitate to use him for any future tile project."

"I waited awhile to write a review to see how the replaced grout held up, and I’m happy to report that 10 months later there have been no issues in the primary shower. May 2025 I had Oscar redo the grout in the primary & guest showers. The primary shower is used almost daily & the work is 100% better than our poor attempt to do it ourselves a couple year ago. The guest shower is only used when people visit a couple times a year, so Nov 2025 after family left we noticed the grout in a corner was peeling away. I contacted Oscar to get it fixed, & he immediately offered to fix it the next week. We had family coming again in Dec 2025 so I wanted to wait to see how the grout held up after a week of use. The grout has since survived & now I’m finally getting around to writing this review. I’ll definitely be having him come again to fix any grout & tile work in the future. Even for a small project he was professional both times & took the work seriously."

"They were on time and gave good advice about what would be best for our situation. We had one carpet area in family room somewhat heavily soiled from traffic running from garage to kitchen and had deep cleaning for that section. Other areas had light cleaning. They were friendly and efficient in getting the work done. They also gave us realistic expectations of what lighter colored carpets would look like after the cleaning. We were given shoe covers so that we could still walk over the wet areas until they dried. They did a great job!"

"Jose was friendly, responsive and personable. His experience allows him to easily give solid advice. He recommended a few countertop vendors to find the quartz we chose. We paid for the material separately. JM Tile and Stone took care of picking up the slabs, cutting/gluing/polishing. H Cabinets was our vendor and sold us two quartz slabs, unfortunately one with sun damage that Jose buffed to help equalize the color. I’d advise the purchaser to pick/inspect/approve the slabs before finalizing pickup. Preapproval would alleviate the problem we ran into. Overall the process took a week from start to finish and the kitchen looks beautiful."

When I started having quotes firstly no one was willing to take the project due to the size of the tiles. When we had Majid to discuss the project, he was confident that his team can do a good job. He gave us good pricing and started work immediately. The project was completed within the given time frame and no hassles. We got really great tiles installed in 4 baths including walls. I would highly recommend Majid and his team."
