During his appraisal of the size needed, I asked Jeff why my door would not shut completely unless I pushed the remote or wall operative several times. After observing the door when I attempted to close the door, he pinpointed the problem. He not only fixed this issue, but he also checked and tightened all the bolts and screws. Many were very loose. Jeff did this without expecting any compensation and we had not yet discussed pricing of door replacement! 3. Jeff removed the old wooden door and installed a new steel door within 4 hours.
