"Hats off to Daniel W. from Western Rooter who installed a water filtering system in my garage. Right from speaking with him on the phone, he was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable in his craft. You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Daniel. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems (including Amazon choices) to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Daniel pitched it. All in all, Western Rooter needs to hire more professional, knowledgeable, and charismatic people like him as he is a prime example of excellent customer service. I plan to use his services in the future and will definitely refer him to neighbors, friends, and family. Thank again Daniel W."

"McLay Services did an excellent job on the preventative maintenance for my A/C system. Dylan was professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the visit. He replaced two air filters, cleaned the coils, and checked all electrical components to make sure everything was running safely and efficiently. My unit is now healthy and fully operational. I really appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail — I'd definitely recommend McLay Services to my friends and family!"

"They called us quickly and got a plumber out within a few days. Super thorough - tested all pipes and water sources to diagnose the problem. They were able to perform maintenance on most bathrooms the same day and improve the water temperature in our showers. Gave helpful, non-biased advice on potential further plumbing improvements. We will likely call this company again for any and all future plumbing needs."

"Response was amazing and fast. Arrived on time and kept me fully informed. Professional with complete set of moisture/ leak detection tools. Answered all our questions. Would love to recommend them."

"I am very pleased with the quality of work Matthew, Shawn and their staff did with the Main Sewer check valve replacement and the Main Shutoff Valve replacement. The Main Shutoff valve replacement and the Hydro Jet cleaning of the Main Sewer line was not part of the initial job to be done. Matthew authorized the added job without additional charge to the original quote I was given. Matthew and Shawn has great knowledge and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They gave me a fair price, they were very professional, thorough and polite, from beginning to end. Clear explanation of needed repairs, sound advice without any inkling of price gouging or questionable add-on expenses whatsoever. Respectable and conscientious, could not be happier. Even very neat and clean. The people that worked with Matthew and Shawn were also very professional and very thorough. I will recommend them to my friends who need a plumber and call them again when the time comes I need a plumber. I will rate the work they did with A+ and Excellent!!!"

"My water main went out on Christmas Eve leaving me without water, Wes offered to come out on Christmas day to make the repairs. I told him we could wait until the next day, he arrived on time, dug up my very rocky soil to get to the water main and made the repairs. The customer service was great and he explained everything to me every step of the way. The cost was also reasonable. I have asked that he return to make an additional repair later this week. He definitely has a repeat customer."

"So cal 1 plumbing did a great job replacing my main sewer line. Very professional and very efficient. I would highly recommend SoCal plumbing 1."

"Athen did an amazing job installing my utility sink. The job turned out to be bigger than what he quoted, but he kept the same price he originally quoted me. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was custom and solid . He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Highly recommend !"
