"It went very well. Choice Home Warranty dispatched an HVAC service provider to my house the next day. The problem turned out to be two rather expensive parts for my furnace that needed replacement. The HVAC provider had to get approval from Choice Home Warranty to purchase and replace the parts. The repairman told me that in his experience working with home warranty companies, there was a chance that either the company would deny the request or that approval would take many days. Much to his and his company's surprise (and my deep relief), Choice approved the repairs within a matter of hours, and the service provider returned the next morning to repair my furnace.
