"Fantastic!! We needed to completely demolish the front and back yard and start over. They came with the best price of the three quotes that we received. They demolished both yards, added drainage pipes, installed new irrigation lines and valves, poured a driveway extension and concrete walkways around the entire house, planted new trees, plants and grass, and spread new bark. "I am re-landscaping my yard and had used Nato before for a small project and he did a good job for me so I asked him to bid this project. His price was competitive. He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. I would definitely use him again and told him to use me as a reference."

"My house was recently remodeled by LAR construction and it was managed by an awesome person (David). David made sure that everything will go without any problem and smooth as possible. The work was very massive because it included the removal of 2 walls (so i will get a large open space of the first floor), new design, new flow and more.... After the demolition of the existing kitchen, David made sure that each day the workers will work full days. More than that, he made sure that all the materials will be at the house prior to the work. The new kitchen was completed within the promised time frame and after it was completed... David came over several times to make sure that i am happy and that there are no problems of any kind."

He sent out a crew and they were extremely professional. They did the job in three days. "You could eat off the pavers in the akin that the place so clean." "It went great! What was once just dirt and weeds is now beautiful land and hardscape! Roney was very responsive to our requests and ideas and quickly came back with a design we were exited to get implemented. Within a few days a full crew was on-site to start the work. As the work started there were a few areas where his foreman Juan recommended modifications. These modifications were very positive and above and beyond the original agreement and at no additional cost to us, which made my husband very happy! Those included replacement of 3 steps to our deck from wood to concrete, increased length of the sidewalk, improved fencing beyond the original design, some additional irrigation work and fixing the base of another set of stairs to regulation height by adding flagstone. Juan had great vision for how to make these changes so the outcome went from beautiful to outstanding! And the crown jewel of this whole project is a custom, unique fire pit that I found only as a picture from the internet. Juan pulled this off with no formal instructions, just a solitary picture and his own creativity! We could not be happier and certainly recommend Babylon Garden Landscaping."
