"The whole job was Exceptional from Scot Stavert who precisely and accurately measured all the windows and trim to Luis H. and Porfirio A. who meticulously installed everything. All the exterior wood trim was replaced and none of the stucco was disturbed. I've been a Licensed Contractor for 35 years and consequently have worked with or employed many people. The only detractor in this contract was dealing with the installation crew's supervisor: he made 2 appointments to finish some minor work after the doors/windows and been installed, and failed to show on both times. On the third try, I finally called the owner of the company and received an immediate response. It was unfortunate that getting the details taken care of took 3 tries, since it detracted from an otherwise excellent installation."
