There’s one example that I remembered when he was tiling the kitchen floor. I purchased the tiles but he was showing me that some of these tiles were uneven (i.e. not completely flat), but he made sure to try to use the best of the tiles that I had so I wouldn’t have problems. "Jose did a great job cleaning our off-white carpet. We had had a hot water slab leak resulting in a large soiled area in our dining room. We thought we might have to discard the carpet in that room. After replacing the soaked pad and having the carpet reattached to the tack strips by another vendor, we had Jose clean the carpet. He did a fantastic job, and there is no residual stain. No one would ever guess that we had had any problem with our carpet. In addition, we had him clean the carpet in the rest of the house. It looks like a new carpet throughout the house even though it is many years old. Jose was very punctual and considerate. We will definitely call Jose in the future when we need carpet cleaning."
