He and his crew arrived promptly, completed the job on time and did quality work. I installed some irrigation lines and landscape lighting conduit during their job and I was pretty slow and it delayed them from filling in their trenches. Nato and his crew were very patient and Nato actually helped me at one point since I was such rookie. My landscape architect wanted the drains to be done a certain way and while it was not the usual way Nato did drains he was fine doing it the way that was requested. "Freddy was excellent to deal with. Professional, proud of his workmanship, and strives to satisfy the customer. His estimate was actually less than I had from other plumbers but I was most impressed with was the quality of his work. He at first planned to replace the line using the trench-less technique but after finding the soil soft from the rains, decided to do minimum digging and punching through a hard copper line. He also placed a sleeve on the copper pipe to protect it from corrosion and extend the use life. His crew was great and protected our foliage from damage. He installed it up to code with a 6 ft grounding rod. An estimate from another plumber told me I had to get an electrician to install the ground. It passed city inspection first round and after he filled in the trench and completed the cleanup our front yard and foliage looked just as good as before the job. I do a lot of my own home repair but I could not have done a better job. Highly recommend you call him for an estimate."

"I did initially have some trouble getting the work scheduled and started. They were very hardworking. It looks good but the whole thing ended up being about a 1/2 inch too high.  The pavement ended up being right up against the siding of the house, which doesn't quite look right."
