They were on time each of the 3 days they worked and did their best to minimize mess by using the outside access to the crawlspace rather than the interior one located in our pantry, even though the interior access is significantly easier to fit through. I've since gone down into the crawlspace myself 2 times, something I never would have done before getting the work done, and everything seems to be of high quality. <br /> The crawlspace itself is only high enough for an army crawl, so I can only imagine the difficult of doing all this work in such a confined space. Overall I'm quite pleased with the finished result. <br />"

"After quoting me a price I set up an appointment for the following Monday at 4:30pm, giving me plenty of time to clear out the rooms. The technicians arrived early at 4pm. They quickly set up and got to work. The fact that I was unable to clear out all of the furniture in one of the rooms was a non-issue. They tried to up sell me on ScotchGuard for my carpet but accepted my "no" without issue. They were quick and efficient and almost ended before the scheduled appointment time. They even raked the carpet after I asked about it. I marked the Quality of as a B simply because my carpet is only 2 years old and as such not that stained or worn so it was hard to tell how well the cleaning went. Although the carpet did look good after they were done. Would definitely use them again."
