One of the latches on the new window was not working right and they contacted the window manufacturer who then made an appointment with us to replace it with another one. They also cleaned up really well after they were done, and they provided an excellent warranty for the future should we have any problems. They were also our cheapest bid."

Since I was comparing vendors, I called three or four other glass companies with so-so results and responsiveness. I picked Golden Bay Glass because they were responsive and assured me they could get the job done on-time. Once I called and gave them the go ahead, Chuck called me right away and told the schedule and what day and time the crew would show up. When the guys came to install, they were extremely experienced. They were all employees of the company (not sub-contractors) with over 9-10 years of experience. It took them about a day and a half to install all the windows and doors and everything was done with a lot of care and attention to details. These guys worked really hard and in the end, cleaned up everything. The windows and doors look great. I interviewed and got quotes from over 7 different window companies and these guys were the best balance of price, quality and professionalism."
