"Trinity was the most reasonably priced contractor to install my smart thermostat. James was really helpful and also helped diagnose some additional issues that were going on with my system while he was here, but in no way made me feel pressured to do additional work right now. "All the people sent to my home were professional, friendly and efficient. Eric, the repair tech, had to give me the bad news that my furnace was not repairable. He listened to my requirements and desires for the replacement and gave me a solution that matched at a reasonable cost. Novlin and Brandon came the next day to install the unit. They were careful of my home and floors. They installed the new furnace quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Before leaving, they showed me pictures of the work in the areas that I couldn't easily get to like the attic and roof. I'm very happy with the whole project"
