"We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). He has a great work ethic and cares about his customers."

"I've used Canoga Park Heating and Air for years now. I get the yearly Service Contract so they come out twice a year and check out the system, change the filters and make sure everything is working well. They notify me when it's time for service, so I don't have to worry about it. I highly recommend them. Jose Garcia did a great job, they are clean and respectful."

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! Thank you, Sev & southland heating & AC! I truly appreciate it! And, also, much gratitude for Angie’s List for making it so much easier to find trustworthy repair companies!"

"It went extremely well!! The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job. In the 12 years that we have owned our home, I can honestly say that Water Heaters Only is the BEST company we have dealt with in having repairs done. It’s too bad they only work on water heaters."

"It went well. We will use his services again, if necessary."

"Brandon answered the phone when I called, we scheduled the appointment, he showed up on-time, he went right to work and cleaned everything out.  He is a very pleasant and professional man, I will definitely bring him back to have my ducts cleaned in the spring.

"They were very responsive and I got an immediate appointment for service. Joseph was very knowledgeable and told me what he was doing and why. He was very professional and answered my questions patiently. The whole troubleshooting and repair took an hour and I am completely satisfied."

"I am very statisfied with the level of professionalism as well as great knowledge he demonstrated of the systems I wanted installed. With the amount of work I needed done he was able to handle it with no problem and done fairly quick with both installs. I would definitely call him again for future installs or service maintenance to my units. I would also highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a professional and efficient person to do some work needed to their home or business."
