"I highly recommend Belle Air Services! From the first moment I called to get a quote, to the moment they finished the job, I could not have asked for better customer service, top notch work, and competitive pricing. They communicated with me all throughout the process, made sure I understood everything that would be done, were on time, protected my home and were clean. They even worked very well with my HOA (who is very tough!). And to top it off, they didn't try to up-sell me as other HVAC contractors have in the past. So pleased that I have found this HVAC company!!"

"Before, we only had a localized very old gas floor furnace. Total Home Environmental installed a centralized Heating/AC system in the attic and insulated the attic as well. They installed vents and ducts (first time for the house). They did a good job."

"The BEST phone call I have made this year for a service needed in my home was to Mirsky Heating and AIr. I called in the middle of a So. Cal heatwave because my thermostat had stopped working and I needed to replace it. How often does an AC company, in the middle of a heatwave, tell you they can come the same day? NEVER!! Except for Mirsky..Darrow told me that he would try to make it work..and he did...which I will be forever grateful!!! He checked in with me during the day to assure me that he was coming and not to leave work until he was more clear on the time he would be at my home. He showed up with another Mirsky employee named John..they were both super friendly and so helpful. Darrow found the problem and within 45 minutes, the thermostat was replaced and everything was up and running again. I can't say enough how grateful I am to Darrow and Mirsky Heating and Air...I am giving their contact info to all of my friends and will be calling them again for anything heating AC related."

"We selected Southland Heating and Air Conditioning due to the following reasons: - Thorough assessment of air conditioning issues and highlighting of other minor details no one else caught - Excellent explanation of scope of work, options and cost - In-depth knowledge and professionalism - Installation Team very diligent in protecting interior of house by covering floor furniture and walls were needed. - Performed work in a efficient and respectful manner - We are happy with the work and overall outcome of the installation - We have already recommended them to our neighbor -"

"Setting up the appointment was easy. They offered to come out the next day but I needed to wait until Friday, my day off. Mike showed up on time. Did a good professional job removing and installing a new 50 gallon water heater. Mike also tested my water pressure and noted it was too high. For an agreed upon small additional charge he replaced my pressure regulator and a shut off valve."

"The service went very well. We had them replace the duct to suit our needs better. There were no additional fees for the service. The technician was proactive and I appreciated his feedback. Scheduling was very easy."

"Excellent customer service and fast! I highly recommend them, if you need a new system or maintenance this is the company to call!!!!"

"It was over a holiday weekend (labor day) so I think that made it take longer than estimated.  3 days to a week estimate, but took almost 2 weeks.
Cost - the actual install cost $300 less than estimated but the project ended up costing $2000 more than estimated because it failed inspection.  Install was in a garage so the inspector cited fire code violations.  For example, we had to install a fire proof door to the crawlspace, and replace all the PVC pipes going through the garage with cast iron.  I don't know if they should have known these things would be a problem and included it in the estimate.  They had assured me before the inspection that "they only review the HVAC work" but it turns out I ended up spending a lot of money bringing a 1962 house up to code.  They did fix the things related to HVAC cited in inspection without charging extra.
I did give an A review because overall they were very responsive and seemed to do a good job. They did some extra things like put in clothes dryer vent to the outside.  I wasn't in a hurry so the extra week didn't bother me.  The extra $2000 to bring the house to fire code bothered me, but I'm not sure that could be avoided with any contractor.

"They did a job that another air conditioning company said they couldn't do, sold me a steam humidifier that didn't work, then decided that it could be done, but refused to reimburse me for the humidifier that they couldn't get to work. Canoga Park air conditioning installed a Carrier steam humidifier - the brand that the other company clamed wouldn't work and did a perfect job! In the process of doing the installation, their technician discovered that the water supply wasn't functioning. No wonder the other company couldn't get their humidifier to work!"
