The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

"Byron showed up on the agreed date / time to begin the work. He first helped me move the large furniture out of the room, and then he removed the existing carpeting and pad. After that, he prepared the concrete for the new flooring. Once the concrete was ready he installed the vapor barrier and then the insulation layer... and then the floor. Byron planned the layout so the wood patterns were optimal. To save me money, he was careful not to damage the existing molding. Lastly he installed the 1/4 round shoe base to cover any space between the existing molding and the floor. The final step was the install of the T-molding at the doorways. Byron's effort to provide an excellent outcome was very much appreciated. I am extremely happy with the outcome. He's a professional that takes pride in his work."

"We visited the business several times before deciding to purchase carpet there. The owner was professional and provided information without being pushy. He came to our house to measure and provide a quote. The installers were efficient and completed the job in a day. They did not charge to move the furniture (the other businesses we looked into did). We could probably have paid less at Home Depot or someplace similar, but we were interested in patronizing a small business that used their own employees to install the carpet instead of contracting out. The carpet was installed in September and we have been very happy with it. I would recommend Carpet Time highly."

"JJ Carpet, Inc installed our new Kahrs hardwood â floating, click and lockâ flooring (with no adhesives), Quiet Walk underlayment, and transition pieces, using Landobond wood glue, and AFM Safecoat caulking which we purchased from Green Building Supply. Julian and his team installed the flooring, plus all new baseboards in our home last week, in 4 days, including priming and painting the baseboards. I have multiple chemical sensitivity, so it was very important to find flooring and other products that are VOC- free with no off-gassing. Once we found all of the right solutions, we needed the right person to install the flooring, since it not the typical hardwood flooring that is glued, nailed down, etc. Julian spent time with us to understand exactly what we needed and why. Not many people understand how important all of this is to someone with multiple chemical sensitivity. If one wrong product is used, it could mean not being able to move back into our home. Julian listened, understood, and his installers followed through exactly as planned. His onsite installers were professional, courteous, and did excellent work.
