"In the process of buying a home, we had Tony’s to give an estimate on the inspection report items found. Even though he was busy he arranged his time to fit it into his day. His quote was reasonable. After buying the house we hired Tony’s to do the inspection repairs and was able to get an appt quickly. Chris and Winston were very nice and professional. It took longer to complete the job but that happens. On one of the days they were to come back to work, we had appts at the DMV so I arranged for Chris to drive over and pick up the house key so they could work while we were stuck waiting. The work they did passed the city’s inspection as well. Just as Chris and Winston were finishing up the job, the pilot light go out on the water heater. Thankfully the tank was still under warranty so the part was free. Once the part came in Paul was able to install it that day, which was a Fri so we would have hot water over the weekend. Mandie, Angie and Karen were a huge help during the whole process and are all very nice. I truly appreciated their patience with working with me through it all! We are also working with Tony’s to have the sewer pipe repaired and my interaction with John, who is their pro for this type of work has been super nice and patient while explaining things to me and answering my questions on the subject. This repair is still in the strategic stage as the city is involved but I have no doubts in John’s ability to fix the repairs. We also are immensely appreciative in his efforts working with the city! I definitely recommend Tony’s! They will be our plumber for as long as we live here!"

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did.
So now I had to replace one of the toilets.
I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone.
They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly.
These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans.
Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done.

"Good Guy Plumbing was able to come out to the house and provide a price quote the same day I called for a job to replace our main water line in front of our house. It had a pinhole leak. The price estimate was fair and a little less than another competing plumbing service in our area. They were able to schedule the plumbing crew to come out the very next day to do the work, and they got it all done in the time frame they promised within just that one day. The two crew members were professional, thorough, answered all our questions, and did a good job of cleaning up when the job was done. They even fixed a small, second leak they happened to see in our sprinkler pipes while they were doing the main line replacement. The new main water line has been in place for over a week now, and everything is working as it should. The only reason I gave Good Guy Plumbing an overall rating of 4.5 instead of 5 is because of a small issue that came up related to the price quoted and the final price. The price quote was based on their initial assessment that our main line should be replaced with a 3/4-inch pipe. However, once the crew dug up the old pipe, they discovered that the old main line had been 1-inch diameter, and installing a new 1-inch pipe added $200 to our final price. The crew let us know as they were starting the job that they would need a larger pipe, and that the price quote would increase by $200. Despite this issue, I think it was an honest mistake which the owner apologized for, and I would use Good Guys Plumbing again."

"I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite.
