He communicated clearly and if there were any changes along the way he made sure we were aware of what needed to be done and why. He did an excellent job and turned a dull old bath into a sleek/modern luxury bath. The space was small so he helped me realize my vision of what I wanted the bathroom to be. "Empire was very coinvent with their response to quote my carpet project. Lexi the sales rep was very kind and helpful. My only complaint on the customer service side was that I was told I was to receive a discount upon signing, but never did. Quote was reasonable, but hate being lied too. The carpet material is very nice and the installers did a awesome job and cleaned up after nicely as well. I do recommend Empire for their timeliness and craftsmanship."

"They did my ceramic tile floors but didn’t do any caulking and there are gaps between my baseboards and floor..plus didn’t finish installing the baseboards..they gave me how much to buy I was short bought more and they never returned to finish plus quoted us to do the bathroom. They were suppose to come on october 9th to finish and never called it showed up so now we are stuck with what we have..thanks guys like hope depot didn’t screw me enough."
