"Inspector showed up right on time and began his inspection. He brought air sampling devices, infrared camera, etc. to do a quite comprehensive home and mold inspection. He checked all items of concern regarding the plumbing, electrical, air conditioning unit, etc. I was extremely impressed by the scope of the inspection and knowledge of the inspector. "I would give this company a high score for response as they came to the house within a couple hours of our call. But not so high on protecting carpeting as they worked. They should have used a heavier plastic drop cloth as the one they used shredded as they worked resulting in spotted carpet & flooring. Also the house sub area had to be dried out with fans going 24-7. Unfortunately the first week the fans were in place they were not located correctly to do the job. A second week of additional fans & repositioning was necessary before our plumber could go under the house to remove the old sewer line and replace it with PVC. I'm really undecided on whether I would hire again."
