"Owner Mike was great from the first phonecall. I chose him based on his 'A' rating and good reviews on Angies List. He came out and did initial measurements, made recommendations and provided estimates for Amerimax and Milgard windows.  I did not obtain any other bids as I felt his was fair based on research done on the internet, and based on an' estimate' given to me by a contractor years back who did other work on the house. <br /> I went with the Amerimax vinyl double paned windows. Mike took care of obtaining the city permit and advised me of the inspection process.The windows and door were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. Work then started within a few days and was completed in three full days by Mike's crew of 3 who were awesome.  They were professional, courteous, on time and were able to work around the excessive amount of furniture and 'stuff' all around the house. They took care to move or asked us to move some fragile keepsakes out of the way.  They also made sure to clean up any dirt and debris throughout the process. <br /> Mike has been in the business many years and is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him.  He and his crew provided experienced, quality, detailed workmanship.  My mother is very happy with her new windows and sliding door.  The house is now warmer, quieter and more secure.  <br /> <br /> <br />"

"GVD Renovations replaced aluminum siding in front of the house and soffits around the whole house with the James Hardie fiber cement siding. They also painted the existing stucco and replaced all gutters. They also replaced 3 existing front windows. Initially, there were setbacks caused by supply chain issues with custom windows. This delayed the project by about 6 month. Once the project started, it was handled efficiently. The windows did not fit perfectly and the structure around the windows had to be changed. All the work was done perfectly and within the originally quoted price. We are very happy with the results."

"The whole job was Exceptional from Scot Stavert who precisely and accurately measured all the windows and trim to Luis H. and Porfirio A. who meticulously installed everything. All the exterior wood trim was replaced and none of the stucco was disturbed. I've been a Licensed Contractor for 35 years and consequently have worked with or employed many people. "I researched replacement windows before hand so as to be as knowledgeable as a consumer can be. Our windows were each 92" x 77" (over sized).  We had numerous replacement window companies out for bids. <b>ALL</b> said the window companies they represented could not build the windows we wanted due to their large size. Then we called CECS.  Lance, the rep they sent out (in the past he owned his own window co), took measurements and made a few phone calls and said it could be done and at a fair price. He was very responsive to answering all our questions with all the right answers. He knows windows. What is really strange about this whole experience is some of the other replacement window companies who offered the <b>same brand and model</b> window as the ones we just had installed, said our windows couldn't be built. Lance knew who to call to get it done. <br> <br>Since the windows were so large, CECS sent out Brandon and Omar, their 2 lead installers, for our job . They had them installed in a few hours and everything went perfectly. They answered all our questions politely and left the job immaculate. Really great Service ! <br> <br>My wife and I love our new windows and what a picturesque view CECS has given us. <br> <br>"

"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out okay. I thought I would see more results from the pressure washing, but I guess it was not as obvious to me. However, they did their job and the window cleaning also turned out pretty well. I don't really have anything that stood out, likes or dislikes. I spent above the price of the Big Deal because I had them do extra windows."
